Anatomy of a Hurricane
Anatomy of a Hurricane goes inside the nerve center of the National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida to see forecasters on a mission to save lives and property. In a revealing look at the stressful work of a dedicated staff, track Charley, Frances, Ivan and Jeanne, as specialists are forced to deal with the unexpected challenges presented by each storm. No one wants to risk a wrong forecast. Hurricane specialist Jack Bevens remarked, "You're the man who has to make the call, and if you get it wrong, you can get a lot of people killed."
