In the Frame: Exploring the DIA
In the Frame: Exploring the DIA In the Frame: Exploring the DIA is produced in cooperation with the Detroit Institute of Arts and is a weekly 30-minute program that strives to make the DIA accessible and rewarding to all Detroit Public Television viewers. The program, hosted by DIA Director Graham Beal, and taped on location at the museum, covers one area of interest in each program. Beal leads you through the world of the museum in a relaxed and easy-to-understand approach, making the art, the exhibits, and the artists come alive. Airs Saturdays at 5:30 p.m. ET, and any time for one week after broadcast to Comcast Digital customers with ON DEMAND. Production funding is provided by grants from Masco Corporation Foundation and The Whitney Fund through The Community Foundation for Southeastern Michigan.
